Mettle and X-23 were both in Murderworld in Avengers Arena hence choosing her for the picture!
Parts used:
Head - Ghost Rider (Sharpie-d red)
Torso - Kylo Ren (or any black torso, didn't want to use muscular one because his design doesn't really have those, I think.)
Arms - red, that I colored black on the upper part to give him sleeves
Legs - Batman (for dual molded black boots and grey pants)
I almost used Red Skull's face for this but I didn't want Mettle to look just like Red Skull.
